About Us
The Black Country, to the north and west of Birmingham is said to be the industrial heart of England, boasting plenty of historical heritage in its beautiful towns and villages within the metropolitan boroughs of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton, and is home to some of the friendliest people on earth. The Black Country has an approximate population of 1.3 million and in the heart of the region, Dudley, has its own 12th Century castle.
The Black Country Plan, is a planning and regeneration plan for the whole of the Black Country, which is signed up to by the four Black Country Councils. Currently under review for the area’s future development needs to ensure the necessary services are in place to meet these local needs, along with making sure that the necessary level of investment is attracted to create jobs and wealth in the Black Country.
As a place to live and work, it boosts excellent transport links, fine schools and great quality of life. Property prices in the region are buoyant, but you can always find a true gem in with the right support around you.
